　　具体分析下这道题目思路展开：文章想要描述的主干信息其实是：想要通过增加税收，来减少公司对于环境的危害。此处魔君是选择不同意的观点，然后寻找其他解决方案；

　　2.开发新能源从而彻底根源上解决污染问题；
　　3.利用媒体的力量去宣传保护环境的重要性，从而去改变普通人的行为，起到一个保护环境的重要；
　　Environmental protection is a permanent intriguing topic, which has been debated over centuries and even LED to the shooting of numerous movies centering on the importance of protecting environment. In this situation, some people raise a proposal, imposing heavier taxation or larger fines on those companies that produce important products and services. From my perspective, such a method is not practical and the government should figure out other solutions.
　　Firstly, imposing heavier taxes or penalties to punish those companies would generate a series of correlated and causal consequences. As is known, in the recent decade, global economy has experienced a sensational and turbulent fluctuation especially with the commercial fight between China and America and the Brexit of Britain, during which all companies are faced with huge tension and crisis. Besides, Even since the collapse of stock market in China four years ago, economic depression hit the country and a number of companies went bankruptcy, resulting in social commotion. Under this circumstance, if the government still chooses to increase taxation on companies, there would definitely be more companies that would collapse. Then, the rising unemployment rate and social disorder, coincident with the lower purchase power of common citizens, would further cripple current economy and stimulate more social problems. For example, in order to harness the problem of haze happening in north part of China several years before, the government decided to shut down those power companies, as a result, more employees had to be fired and the salaries of others had to be reduced a lot, which had caused social panic. Increasing heavier taxation or fines on current companies would produce a similar effect, which is not expected to see by the government and citizens. Thus, such a method should be bypassed.
　　Secondly, in order to uproot the problem of environment pollution, developing and researching new energy can serve as an effective and immediate role. To be specific, the primary contributor to environmental deterioration should not be entirely attributed to those companies. Instead, fossil fuels are the primary energy for any purposes, therefore; the widespread utilization of fossil fuels contributes to the emission of a huge amount of pollutants. For instance, those running private cars have to depend on gasoline, releasing tons of carbon dioxide per year. Even the haze in the winter of Beijing in recent years can be partly imputed to the emission of private cars. Also, the traditional way of generating electricity relies on the burning coal and the serious air pollution ensues because of green house gases. Those subsequent consequences include the rising sea level, climatic shift and global warming. However, once the government could explore and popularize new green energy, those above-said problems will be soon resolved since the use of fossil fuels accounts for the increasingly serious environmental pollution. Thus, exploring new energy is an effective alternative to imposing more serious fines and penalties on those companies.
　　In a word, imposing more fines on companies would generate a series of unfortunate social problems, meanwhile, it cannot rule out the radical cause of environment pollution. The government should lay more concerns on the development of new and clean energy. (524 words Written by 魔君)
